Returns/Refunds:
If you have received a wrong/expired/damaged/missing product, you can raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please raise a request at the contact details provided on our website or email us at refunds@lapink.com.
After we receive your request, our representative will revert to you within 5 business days. After review and approval of your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the product(s) delivered to you. In case our reverse pick-up service is not available in your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.
Once we receive the product(s), we will verify them against your claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that the replacement will depend upon stock availability. Also, any service charge/delivery charge/payment gateway charges will not be refunded to you. The order amount will be refunded either to your original mode of payment or your authorised bank account.
